Komende week krijgen de mensen die ons al hadden betaald het geld terug.

Iemand al eens een mailtje gehad van de organisatie over dat dit gebeuren is gecancelled en wanneer er terug betaald wordt?

The decision to put back the Renault festival to 20 and 21 July 2013 (see below) was not an easy one to make.
It was clear that this would lead to frustration, confusion and even anger among some of you and our partners and
service providers. It has also generated additional costs and expenses we could all do without in these difficult times.
However, the decision was unavoidable because the conditions for success, as set out by the panel of Alpine and
Renault clubs on 24 March, had not been met.
But we should look on the bright side. By postponing the date of the first Renault Festival, we shall:
- give ourselves the best possible chance of making the event a real success and ensuring that we can keep it going in
the future;
- benefit from the involvement of all of Renault's entities (many of which will be busy in September with the Motor Show,
the Network Open Day and the French leg of WSR);
- give the Clubs more time to prepare the event.
Keeping the event on the Linas-Montlhéry Autodrome site will also allow us to build on the work that has already been
completed.
Those who have already registered will soon receive a reimbursement of any fees paid.
We hope that, once the disappointment has subsided, you will come out in force on the new festival dates. We shall post
regular updates on developments in our Newsletters and on the website www.festivalrenault.com.

Following consultation with a representative panel of Alpine and Renault Europe clubs, and given the number of
registrations at the end of April, we have decided to put back the date of the first Renault Festival until
20 and 21 July 2013
By pushing back the Renault Festival to 2013, it will now coincide with Renault's 115th anniversary and give true
meaning to the unifying approach taken by the event, which aims to bring together all Renault vehicles from every
generation, and to act as a melting pot for all the passions inspired by Renault, all the company's sectors of activity and all
the periods of time that the brand has lived through.
The change will also take the festival out of the packed schedule of the second half of 2012 and give the Clubs more
time to prepare the event, in which they will play a crucial role.
Our discussions and the encouraging number of registrations for the original date demonstrate that our enthusiasts are
interested in the Renault Festival and satisfied with the choice of the Linas-Montlhéry Autodrome as the location. So,
naturally, the Renault Festival on 20 & 21 July 2013 will take place on the same site, which will enable us to carry on work
already completed.
Registration will be open from 30 October 2012.

ik niet.

Wij niet in ieder geval.

Ik heb niet eens mail gehad  ???

Nee ik ook niet, ook nog geen geld terug. Denk zo dat dat nog wel komt.

Ook dit gaat met de franse slag  :(

Geld inmiddels al een aantal weken op de rekening en ze gaan zelfs hotel en overtocht terug betalen!
Mits je kan aantonen dat je betaald hebt uiteraard.

Binnenkort gaan wij als nog de camping verkennen voor 2013 die we al geboekt hadden voor komend weekend.

Helaas hebben we het bericht ontvangen met de annulering van het Festival Renault  >:(. De voorgenomen combi met de 5 daagse wordt zo dus ook onmogelijk. Maar de activiteiten cie heeft een SPECTACULAIR alternatief in voorbereiding!

Onderstaand de verklaring die we van SAeRIN hebben gekregen:

Beste Renault Clubs,

Vandaag ontvingen wij het bericht van Renault Classic dat om economische redenen het Renault Festival in Montlhéry definitief is geannuleerd. Een deel van de tekst van Renault vind je onderaan deze mail.

Het spijt ons niet anders te kunnen berichten. Hoewel het begrijpelijk is dat je je in economische zware tijden geen uitbundige uitgaven kunt veroorloven, vinden wij het natuurlijk erg jammer dat na uitstel toch afstel is gekomen.
Graag willen we met jullie werken aan een eigen Renault Festival voor onze gezamenlijke Nederlandse clubs en initiatieven. Om dat voor 2013 nog te realiseren is wat te snel, maar we denken aan 2014. Alle ideeën zijn welkom daarover, dus schroom niet deze aan ons kenbaar te maken.

Cette décision d'annulation s'est imposée à nous en raison de la conjoncture économique actuelle et des contraintes budgétaires qui en résultent.
De ce fait, il ne nous est pas paru opportun de lancer cette première édition du Festival Renault dans un contexte qui présente un risque certain quant à la mobilisation de tous.
Nous n'abandonnons pas pour autant l'idée d'organiser dans le futur un tel événement dès que les conditions seront plus favorables.
Je sais pouvoir compter sur votre compréhension. Vous pouvez compter sur notre volonté de développer les relations avec les clubs, comme en témoignent l'ouverture récente du site Renault Classic, le projet de fédération, l'implication de Renault Classic dans votre grande manifestation à Dieppe ainsi que d'autres initiatives que nous développerons dans les mois à venir.
